A New Application is one where the complaint has been or will be filed with the HRTO after June 30, 2008.

The information on this page applies to you if:

  • You are an applicant who has filed or intends to file an application under Part IV of the Human Rights Code on or after June 30, 2008
  • You are a respondent to an application filed under Part IV of the Human Rights Code on or after June 30, 2008
  • You are an affected person in respect of an application filed under Part IV of the Human Rights Code on or after June 30, 2008

As a quasi-judicial, neutral body, the Tribunal is not able to provide legal advice.
