The HRTO website has been updated to:
· Make it easier to find the Application and Response forms
· Encourage use of the new SmartForm Application and Response forms
· Reduce the focus on Transitional Applications and Commission Referred Cases because most of those cases have been completed and no new applications can be filed.
· Generally improve the organization and navigation within the site.
Two new “SmartForms” have been posted – The SmartForm Application and the SmartForm Response.
We strongly encourage you to use these forms. They will take you through the sections, including the relevant Supplemental Form, skipping sections that are not required based on your answers. The forms can be saved, printed and sent electronically. If you need to add attachments, you can.
Because the SmartForms can be uploaded directly into the HRTO’s case management system, you application or response can be processed more quickly and accurately if you use the SmartForm.
The new SmartForms are designed to be accessible, including for those using screen readers.
