Decisions of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario are available from a number of sources. Decisions released after January 1, 2000 can be accessed free of charge through the Canadian Legal Information Institute, here: HRTO Decisions on CanLII

Paper copies of all Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario decisions are available from the Ontario Workplace Tribunals Library, which is open to the public at 505 University Avenue, 7th floor, Toronto.

Additionally, decisions of the Tribunal are available from legal reporter services for a paid fee or subscription. These services are: Canadian Human Rights Reporter , and Quicklaw.
