As a quasi-judicial, neutral body, the Tribunal is not able to provide legal advice.

After January 1, 2009 the Tribunal can no longer accept Applications made under section 53(3) of the Code.

The Tribunal can only accept Applications made under section 53(5) of the Code between January 1, 2009 and June 30, 2009. For general information about how to file an Application under Section 53(5), please refer to the Guide to Applications under Section 53(5).
